Its been 1 month that I have purchased this product for my Dad. It has got no problems whatsoever, but readings for right arm differs very much from that of the left arm. I cannot say if it is right or wrong, as I do not have any idea about how it works. But, one thing for sure, it perfectly matched the readings of traditional stethoscope with hand-pump meter. A small advice from me is that, better go with Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor rather than Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor as the readings for the later are inconsistent from what I have observed. * That monitor is very easy to use without the assistance of the second person. It's far more accurate comparing with a few wrist models we've tried. We've owned it for a few days only so I cannot review its durability yet. However, the first impression is very positive.
