Omron HEM-711DLX Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor

Omron's new HEM-711DLX blood pressure monitor is intended to complement the best-selling HEM-711AC model.

According to a company press release from October 2007, announcing the product:

With its expandable ComFit Cuff, the HEM-711DLX is designed to easily and comfortably fit both regular and large arms, while providing clinically proven accuracy with its IntelliSense technology which automatically determines the correct amount of pressure required to quickly measure and generate an accurate reading. Additionally, the monitor’s extra large digital display includes advanced diagnostic measures for hypertension, and detects irregular heartbeat, in addition to standard metrics such as systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse, date and time.

This product is so new that I have not been able to find online any independent reviews. However, there has to date been one Amazon.com review. It rates the product five stars, and says:

This is really a good product especially for people who want to track their blood pressure for longer time. It has a big display which you don't need glasses to read.
