Sturdy enough to support my 6'4" 230lbs frame - with only one minor setback... the foam leg supports just aren't wide enough... a pretty minor complaint given the cost of this unit. The Marcy SB-410 Crunch Board I purchased the Marcy SB-410 for my 18 year old godson and his 18 and 19 year old friends. I've been coaching them with weightlifting for years. They needed a tougher exercise for their abs, but we didn't have a lot of room in our home gym. The Marcy bench was perfect. It took only 10 minutes to put together, it's light weight so you can move it out of the way. It's also convertible--from an incline crunch board to a stable bench. So, after the boys do their abs, they can stay in place, raise the bench in 2 seconds and do concentration curls from the same spot. It's solid, affordable, arrived in 3 days and I didn't pay for shipping. I couldn't have asked for a better purchase. The company has also achieved popularity with its exercise bikes. Here is a customer review for the Marcy Classic Upright Fan Bike I have used this exercise bike for a month now and have lost 10 lbs. with exercise and dieting. This bike is very easy to assemble if you follow the directions completely. Although the seat is very uncomfortable I purchased a foam pad cover and it is much better to sit on now. I highly recommend this product for someone with limited exercising capabilities like myself. If used properly it will help you to lose weight. After using this bike for a month I checked all the bolts and nuts and every one is still as tight as when i assembled it.
